Bellwood Tree Service provides tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, storm cleanup, and emergency tree services throughout Bellwood, Illinois, and nearby Cook County areas.
All services are completed by trained professionals using proper tools and safety procedures.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are free and valid for 30 days.
  • Prices are based on the size, type, and complexity of the job.
  • If unexpected conditions arise (like hidden rot, underground roots, or power line interference), the final cost may change.
  • We’ll always discuss any changes with you before continuing the work.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless stated otherwise in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or major credit cards.
  • Late or unpaid balances may be subject to a 5% monthly service charge.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment without any fee.
  • Same-day cancellations or if the crew arrives and can’t access the property, a trip fee may apply.
  • Weather or safety issues may require us to reschedule the work at a later date.

5. Property Access and Safety

  • The customer must provide safe, clear access to the work area.
  • All vehicles, outdoor furniture, and personal items should be removed from the work zone.
  • Keep pets and children inside or at a safe distance while work is being performed.
  • We are not responsible for damage to hidden or undisclosed items such as underground utilities, irrigation systems, or cables.

6. Damage and Liability

  • Our crews use care to prevent damage to your property.
  • We are licensed and insured, and proof can be provided upon request.
  • However, we’re not liable for minor marks or indentations caused by necessary equipment or for pre-existing damage.
  • Liability for any damage caused by negligence will be limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the affected area.

7. Weather and Delays

Tree work depends on weather conditions. If wind, storms, or unsafe weather prevent safe work, we’ll reschedule your job promptly. Safety always comes first.

8. Website Use

By using our website:

  • You agree not to copy or reproduce any text, images, or graphics without written permission.
  • You may not use our site for spamming, data mining, or malicious activity.

9. Warranties and Tree Health
